Hi there,
My name is Martin and I am 32 yrs old.
I am used to travel to work, I moved in Mongolia and Denmark, and I am currently living in France.
I am french and live in Les Cévennes which is located in the south east of France.
It is a very special place, quite hidden, astonishing landscape, calm, but a strong association activities, and a powerful social link between people (I guess it is linked with the isolated effect).
This past few years I was used to renovate very old houses with very few means, as well as vegetable garden cares (which was both dedicated to vegetable and plants for my natural dyeing research).

Today, I run an artisanal atelier which create attires and is specialize in embellishments. I develop a range of antic technique to print and dye the fibers. I also do a lot of research in natural dyeing.focusing in cold dyeing, which is a very antic way of dyeing fibers.
I also have the chance to be part of a team which "runs" and organises events (residency, exhibition, concerts, conference...) in a very special place : a twelve century old roman church.

Despite all this amazing schedule, I am eager to travel again, meet new lands, meet new people, meet new way of living.
The idea is to travel to discover a broad part of Canada which is totally new for me.
I would love to discover new skills and activities, especially in construction work, vegetable garden and vastly eco construction.

For five years I was trained, in a non "conventional" way to renovate houses. I won't say I am a professional, but I am dedicated and eager to do as much as possible with my own hands, and have knowledge in different steps to construct and renovate.

In my daily life I love to cook, I do not like to buy precook food.
I can eat meat and fish, however for the past year I was used not too, so I would say I am flexible.
I prioritize fresh products from around as much as possible
