I was raised on a small farm where were over the years we have reared a wide range of animals, my main experience of animal farming is with sheep, but have some knowledge and understanding of other animals, my main passion and skill set would be in the horticultural field, I have worked in a few market gardens of varying scales the largest being a production garden with around an acre and a half of cultivated land we specialised in growing salads for local restraunts, but also grew a wide variety of other summer crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers and much more, I also have a large polytunnel at my home and love exploring new crops and new ways to grow and produce food for my family, I am a somewhat proficient carpenter and have made some furniture pieces but my woodworking skills are quite basic, my father is Dutch and I am fluent in Dutch and English, and speak enough to get by in Spanish, German and Irish. I am passionate about learning new languages and have always been fascinated by it.
