Hi, Marco here👋

I'm constantly seeking opportunities to help abroad and create human connections. My past experiences with Workaway taught me I want to use my time to help people with interesting, innovative, and sustainable projects.

My way to help consist of recording and collecting media material of my time spent with each host while working on their projects. Once the material is collected, I will edit it into the content available to be shared on social media and through blog posts. In a nutshell, I'm available to report on your project while obviously helping you with it.

I'm seeking a host who can make the most out of my profile while understanding that I'll need some hours during the day (approximately 3 hours) to dedicate to my work. In case you will also need help with your company or business, I have experience and knowledge with Online Advertising, Email marketing, Web Design, and other branches of Digital Marketing and Outbound Marketing Communications.

Among my passions are photography, video making (documentaries or commercials), traveling, hiking, and reading, but also a large range of sports and outdoor activities. I run my first marathon in 2022 and in May of 2023 I climbed Kilimanjaro ;)

Overall, I enjoy challenging myself to help the people working with me pay off the effort in everything we do together. I speak English, Italian, and a bit of Spanish and German.

My current online job consists of Advertising and Online Marketing. I'm studying International Communication, so my university course has been useful to integrate the skills needed to attend my job.

However, I am focused on developing all the skills I have which relate to Journalism. Here are some of them:

- Creative Writing
- Photography
- Videomaking (Documentary)
- Interviewing

The same skills I listed are those I will mainly use to report my experience working with you on your project.

What else ...

I've traveled through 25 countries, but I believe the experience counts more than that. The people I met are what makes me grow. I love to learn from everything and everybody, and when it's possible, be able to teach you something you didn't know. I like to cook specialties from my country and also try new ones.

My favorite book is 'Shantaram' by Gregory David Roberts, but most of the time I read non-fictionary about Philosophy, Science, and Geopolitics.

I've spent my teenage age playing soccer, but I also enjoy swimming, volleyball, running, fitness, boxing, and most sports.
