Hi, my name is Manuel, I'm a professional Italian chef, in the past 13 years I have been living and working in places like: Sydney, Barcelona, London, Copenhagen and Canary Island.

I'm easygoing and hard worker and would define myself as a happy and positive vibes guy. I really love to travel, meet new people and exchange stories, if possible in contact with nature and animals. I speak Italian, Spanish, English and a little Portuguese (language in wich I'd like to improve).
I'm open to do any kind of job, most of my experience is as a chef but I had also work in different farms plus a bit of experience in gardening. Of course I would also love to help in a hostel or excursions that allow me to meet new people and places. I've done workaway in Nicaragua before and I am really whiling to repeat that amazing experience.
