I love traveling, learning something new and meeting new people and it is something I've been planning, saving up for a waiting to do for ages counting down to my 18th birthday so I can go see the world and have incredible experiences. I love learning languages with French and Italian being at the top of my list so I plan on doing my best to improve and learn as much as I can during my time traveling in Europe. I am outgoing, polite, considerate and pride myself with being people orientated.

I am a very active person and a fast learner with a hunger for adventure, I have plans to solo travel around Europe for 3 months at the start of 2024 to explore and meet people from all walks of life before going to New York to be a lifeguard for the summer as part of Camp America which will involve driving a powerboat with people water-skiing, wake-boarding and inflatable towing behind as well as teaching other water sports such as paddle boarding and kayaking, ensuring water safety and other day to day lifeguard activities. After my summer in America I intend on continuing to travel around the world, seeing new places and meeting new people.

I have a lot of skills and have a very good education having done well in school and college but more importantly I have experience in the real world, working in a cafe and professional kitchen, running my own business, playing sport at a high level, been abroad to lots of countries. I can turn my hand and help with anything and I want to learn as much as possible, staying and helping genuine people while traveling.

I have grown up in the countryside in Scotland living a very outdoor and active life. I recently worked in a local cafe for 7 months making food, drinks, serving customers and seeing to their needs. I started working there at the start of August 2023 and ended in February 2024 to go traveling.
I also started my own business in 2020 buying and selling new and used football boots. With over 500 sales I have put a lot of work into this, creating my own website, growing a TikTok page with over 50k followers, Instagram page with over 4k followers and all the work behind the scenes of buying, washing, photographing, listing, wrapping, and posting that goes on. My hard work ethic also comes across in my qualifications and exam results which I also worked very hard to achieve.
I have also played football at a very high level traveling all over the UK and abroad 3 times to play football. I left school in 2022 and completed my sports coaching college course in 2023 and now that I'm 18 I can go traveling and see some of the world!

What else ...

I have traveled a lot with my family, friends and through playing football at a high level.

With family and friends I have been fortunate enough to visit and stay in some incredible places including all around Scotland, Manchester, London, France, Spain, Malta, Turkey, Dubai, Abu Dhabi.

Having just turned 18 I am want to travel and volunteer as much as possible! I have 2 volunteer experiences in the near future working on vineyards in the north of Italy and the west of France and am looking to learn, help and experience as much as I can!

For football I started off at Formartine United from 2014 - 2016 and then joined Aberdeen FC Youth Academy in 2016 and in my 6 years there I traveled all around Scotland, played 3 tournaments in The Netherlands (2017, 2019, 2022), flew to London to play against Southampton (2016), flew to Manchester and played against Manchester United (2019). Thanks to these experiences I have played against multiple well known teams such as: Chelsea, Brussia Dortmund, FC Copenhagen, Feyenoord FC, PSV Eindhoven, Celtic, Rangers and multiple other teams in my 6 years at Aberdeen FC. During my time at Aberdeen FC I trained 4 nights a week including 1 gym session and matches were at the weekends which could be anywhere in Scotland, this was a big commitment for both me and my family for a number of years. In 2022 I went as far as I could with Aberdeen FC and we parted ways and since then I have played for Formartine United who are in the Highland League in Scotland, I have recently been in the first team squad for training and matches and have played for the Under 21s, Under 18s and 2006 age groups and winning the treble in the 2006 age group last season.

I have lots of experience coaching sports. These include: Running lunchtime clubs at Meldrum Academy for 3 years including Dodge Ball, Field Hockey and Football / Soccer. Volunteering for Parasport at Aberdeen Sports Village 25/11/2022. Placement for HNC Sports Coaching at Braehead Primary School every school week on Tuesday’s from 08/11/2022 – 30/05/2023 to run after school sports sessions. Running sports sessions for local school kids at Aberdeen Sports Village as part of HNC Sports Coaching.
I have had experience working with kids aged from 4 to late teens and adults through working in a cafe along with children with disabilities or learning issues and I am experienced at coaching and leading multiple sports, activities as well as being first aid trained and have been Police Scotland Disclosure and PVG checked.

  I am allergic to Brazil nuts but have never had any problems eating out or at other peoples houses, I carry an epipen but fortunately have never had to use it. I really love food and enjoy cooking and have never had a problem
