Description

I am a 23 year old French guy from France.

I worked mostly in restaurants so I could save for my current trip.
I also have experience guarding mountain huts.
I am curious and I like to learn. I also like board games!
I recently reached the North Cape by bike on
December 13 and successful. I left Paris to discover Norway, a land of snow.
I crossed the whole of Finland to do it. This is my first solo trip.
I am a person who perseveres a lot with determination and will but also jovial, I like to laugh, play, share, learn...

My objectives for this trip I am thinking and trying to experiment to work differently on our consumption, our philosophy, our relationship with silk, with humans but also with nature. I am learning my English, I have communication difficulties but I understand and I want to develop and perfect it.

In catering, I am able to set things up according to the specificity of the brand, I know how to take orders from customers and offer suggestions of the day, supporting them in their choices. I know how to carry trays and plates on my arms. Collect and give change. I know how to react based on customer reactions (positive or negative).
In a shelter I know how to put the beds in their place and fold and clean, welcome and take reservations for each client. I know how to inform customers based on the weather and other information that can help customers stay better in these places.
