Description
We are an Australian couple who love the outdoors, food, music, culture, festivals... all the good things.
We quit our jobs to go travelling in September 2023 and are enjoying a mix of homestay/farmstay, travel and eventually we want to settle somewhere to work as well.
We are keen to travel slowly fall in love with places, and meeting new people.
We have done one workaway now and loved it and are looking forward to the next one. We are currently in Bulgaria enjoying skiing.

In our last workaway we worked on an olive farm and did a lot of clearing brambles, which was not so much a skill but enjoying hard work :). We also pruned some of the olive trees, so have experience with these types of farms.
Jack:
I'm pretty handy but I'm not a trades person. I'm happy to work in a veggie patch all day, DIY type of work and whatever else. I can use power tools like a chainsaw, strimmer (weed whacker), drills and saws as well as hand tools. I was a software developer before we left to go travelling and am happy to be left to figure something out. I'm interested to learn building skills.
Immy:
I like working outside on a farm, helping with DIY projects. I'm also great at domestic jobs I'm a good cook, and can clean the inside of a house quickly and properly. I can sew, take care of animals and baby sit children.
