I am very much interested in learning new languages or how to cook typical dishes in your country! I like hiking, swimming in a sea or the ocean and I would love to learn new skills.

Hello!🌻

My name is Helene, I'm 21 years old and grew up in Germany in a small village with my mum, my older sister, our two dogs, cats, chicken and ducks.

Since graduating from school in 2020, I have enjoyed working abroad a lot. I helped on organic farms in Ireland (for example with repairing wooden floors, building window sills, renovating horse stables, harvesting and planting vegetables or helping to sell food at the weekend market), and
was able to support a children's home in South Africa ( feeding, bathing and taking care of new born babies or art and sports lessons for the older kids).
In July I returned from my voluntary year abroad in Thailand, where I worked as a English teacher at a high school.

During my stopovers in Germany, I worked as a bartender, amphibian collector or hostess and also stood in the shopping streets as a fundraiser for an NGO.

I love to try as much as possible, to find my passion, to get to know people from all over the world, exchanging ideas, but most of all I love helping and supporting wherever I can.


I am open to work in several directions like taking care of kids and helping in the household as well as working on a farm, in the garden and learn new skills about maintenance.

Our planet is very important to me so I would love to work towards helping our planet in any way possible.

I work hard and with enthusiasm and I really enjoy practical learning.

I'm drawn to go abroad again and I'm looking forward to gain new experiences.

Definitely! I love learning new languages for example through conversations. My goal for the future is to be fluent in Spanish one day and also to learn how to speak good Italian and French. I would also like to pass on my knowledge and help others speak German or English if interested. Learning a new language can be difficult but still a lot of fun! I would be happy to share this joy of learning. I already had a lot of fun teaching my sisters and my Thai students in English and it made me so happy to see their successes too.

I have already worked in very diverse areas, which has made me very adaptable!

I work hard and I'm resilient. Cooking and cleaning relaxes me and I enjoy it, but I can also bake, sew up holes in clothes, use a nail, a hammer and a screwdriver.

I already have experience in teaching and looking after children as well as working in the countryside on a farm.

I would like to learn more in a variety of ways and expand my skills and knowledge in other areas.
