I am a very sociable art student who also happens to work as a cook in a restaurant. Prior to pursuing costume design (at the Royal Academie of fine arts Antwerp) , I immersed myself in the culinary arts and trained to become a chef. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working in various creative environments, including galleries, restaurants, and bars. Growing up in an artistic family of painters, filmmakers, and musicians has deeply influenced my passion for the arts. I find immense joy in traveling, exploring new places, constantly learning, and expressing myself through art and clothing, particularly in the realm of theater and film costumes. Writing and music hold a special place in my heart, and I draw inspiration from nature, engaging in meaningful conversations, and the art of storytelling. Ultimately, nothing brings me greater joy than experiencing exceptional artwork and savoring delicious food.

I am currently pursuing my studies in costume design, and alongside my academic endeavors, I have been fortunate to contribute to the creation of costumes for child theater productions and short films. Additionally, I have a sous chef diploma and devote my weekends to working as a cook in a pasta and wine bar.

Throughout journey, I have gained diverse experience by working in various settings, including galleries, restaurants, brunch bars, and film sets. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights and skills that span different creative environments and industries.

In addition to my involvement in the arts and culinary fields, I find fulfillment in assisting my mother, who is a kindergarten teacher, with her work. This allows me to engage with children and further cultivate my ability to connect with others.

Art is my profound passion, and my skill set encompasses various disciplines, such as drawing, painting, clothing and costume creation, design, and photography. I have also actively participated in projects involving filming and performing. Being fluent in both Dutch and English, I have a solid grasp of the basics of French and German as well.

Regarding my personality, I am recognized for being outspoken while maintaining an easy-going nature. I highly value open communication and feel comfortable expressing my thoughts and opinions.

While I naturally enjoy being part of a group and thrive in social settings, I am also comfortable with solo activities and have no qualms about doing things alone. I consider myself a sociable individual who can easily strike up conversations and make friends. However, I also find contentment in my own company and can engage in activities independently.
