Creativity and achievement bring me contentment whether it is baking the perfect loaf of bread, building a piece of furniture or a stone wall. I have a good range of construction skills and love using power tools and am always more than happy to learn more. My natural environment is the outdoors and I am most happy exerting myself physically whether walking, swimming, chopping wood or gardening. I speak French and Italian reasonably well and am always happy to have the opportunity to improve. I have a natural affinity for animals and am pretty good with humans too. I enjoy discovering shared ground with everybody I meet to enable a better connection. Making people laugh is one of my aims in life.

I am good at design and have good spatial awareness. I love animals and enjoy teaching engaged children. I studied languages...French and Italian...and also have some language teacher training. I am good at connecting and working with people.
