Description
At our family-owned hostel, we pride ourselves on cultivating a vibrant social environment to enrich our guests’ travel experiences. With nightly group activities, we aim to foster a sense of familial connection. We’re currently seeking 2-3 friendly, organized and approachable volunteers to contribute to our relaxed atmosphere. Our traveller guests, aged 18-35, appreciate our laid back and sociable reputation. If you enjoy meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds and find fulfillment in providing outstanding traveller experience, we’d love to welcome you to our team!

• Free private room bungalow accommodation.
• Room cleaning service every 5 days with fresh linens provided.
• Free breakfast (included for all guests).
• Free beer (limited to one daily which is non-transferrable)
• Free use of the hostel kitchen for your cooking convenience.
• Exclusive scooter volunteer rental rate throughout your stay.
Help
• Commit to the role for a minimum of 3 weeks and maximum of 4 weeks.
• Required volunteer hours, approximately 25 hours a week, to allow you to enjoy and explore the island on your scooter.
• Engage with guests at breakfast/family dinner to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Responsible for advising guests on our activities, whatsapp group and customised travel guide.
• Volunteers need to be comfortable riding a scooter in order to help guests get around and explore the island (beaches, nearby shops, etc).
• Maintain positive working relationships with external local partners.
• Actively support the Farm Hostel values and property rules.
• Provide support and bring the energy on the FREE Saturday pub crawl & boat excursions.
