Description
Hello ! We are a small family living in the beautiful west of Ireland countryside. We love gardening, outdoors life, herbalism, and all things animals and plants ! Currently fostering two little caterpillars , soon-to-be moths ! Our house is a traditional farm cottage set in a stunning location surrounded by fields & nature. We are a 10min walk to the town centre with cafes, pubs, pharmacy, etc. super well communicated with Galway city too with regular transport walking distance. We have a beautiful, quiet double room with a window overlooking the fields - if you pay close attention you might catch a glimpse at the family of hares living there !

We are a bilingual family - Spanish & English spoken at home. We have a beautiful home you are sure to love it if you love quietness and the countryside ! We have plenty of space in the house for styudying, relaxing and art projects with two large sitting rooms, stoves, cozy blankets etc. we love cooking and you will be fed super healthy meals - might learn something more about food, Ayurvedic cooking, herbalism and art whilst around us !

Help
We are looking mainly for help with our garden. We were away quite a bit this year and didn’t have time to care for it so it is overgrown. We want to prepare it for the winter, get rid of tall weeds, harvest what is there, do some winter planning. There might be a little bit of tidying up the shed and tidying up the yard. My daughter and I want to also build a shelter for her as a fun side project so depending on where we are at with that when you arrive, there might be a bit of that too ! Our compost bin needs work too - need to rebuild it and looking for help - both knowledge and physical help building it or fixing what is there.
