Description
Welcome !
I'm Adrien from an association under the 1901 law created in 2019. It was initiated in partnership with a Cooperative which aims to "acquire and free up agricultural land and real estate", placed in self-management.
The purpose of the association is to cultivate, produce commons, share and protect living things as a whole. Its overall project is to support and animate the creation of a solidarity network, allowing collective and cooperative efforts towards ever greater ecological resilience and autonomy. We are not a community, rather a group of individuals. To carry our common objectives, we evolve together on collective places:
You will not participate in any commercial activities.
None of the produce Workawayers are helping with is for sale to the public
You will be welcomed on the Villemercier land,
It ensures the essential of the gardening production, and it is a powerful engine for the development of the association.
On the land, activities abound: gardening from sowing to harvesting, on living soil and without mechanization; planting of trees and shrubs. Transformation of surplus vegetables, which provides part of our food during the winter. Building and equipment development. These grounds are places conducive to experimentation of all kinds, your desires and your initiatives will also be welcome. Often, learning goes both ways.
You will not participate in any commercial activities.

In addition, the association aims to be a springboard, a place of welcome and transition for people wishing to live, get involved and develop their personal and/or collective projects in this very dynamic territory. Our plurality is our strength, our complementarity is virtuous in the network of the territory that we operate, in connection with other associations.
And of course, fundamentally we aspire to live well together.
Solidarity, mutual aid and conviviality animate our daily life!
