  Description

  We live in Saint Join Bruneval, a house in the countryside located 200 meters from the sea. A large beach thirty minutes walk away allows you to practice water activities. The house is in a quiet area. Without a car, it's a bit complicated to consider going out in the evening. Etretat is a few kilometers away, famous for its cliffs. Le Havre is 30 minutes away and Paris is two hours by train. Bus trips can be made to connect these towns or the station. I can serve as a guide for a discovery of the region (Honfleur, Deauville, etc.). I am retired. My partner is the mayor of our town. We have a nice dog, a few chickens and sheep
  
  Nous habitons à saint jouin bruneval une maison à la campagne située à 200 mètres de la mer. Une grande plage à trente minutes à pied permet la pratique d’activités nautiques. La
  maison est dans un secteur tranquille. Sans voiture, c’est un peu compliqué d’envisager de sortir le soir. Etretat est à quelques kilomètres, célèbre par ses falaises. Le Havre est à 30 minutes et Paris à deux heures de train. Des déplacements en car peuvent être faits pour relier ces villes ou la gare. Je peux servir de guide pour une découverte de la région (Honfleur, Deauville..).
  Je suis à la retraite. Mon compagnon est maire de notre commune.
  Nous avons un gentil chien, quelques poules et des moutons.

  I offer the possibility of discovering some places according to your interests. I speak English poorly but I want to communicate in this language to progress. If you are interested in municipal life my companion will be at your disposal to help you discover the life of a mayor. He only speaks French. After an initial discussion to identify your desires, I can think about it and, depending on your preferences and themes, offer you different discoveries.
  
  J’offre la possibilité de découvrir quelques lieux selon vos centres d’intérêt.
  Je pratique mal l’anglais mais je veux bien dialoguer dans cette langue pour progresser.
  Si vous êtes intéressé(e) par la vie communale mon compagnon se tiendra à votre disposition pour vous faire découvrir la vie d’un maire. Il parle uniquement Français.
  Apres un premier échange pour cerner vos envies, je peux réfléchir et selon vos préférences et thématiques vous proposer différentes découvertes.

  Help

  Various help but mainly gardening. It's sometimes physical: removing brambles, storing wood, etc. Fencing to install...DIY help outdoors (construction of a wooden terrace) and a little indoors (painting for example). You will be guided in the execution of the help.
  
  Divers travaux mais principalement du jardinage. C’est parfois physique : enlèvement de ronces, bois à ranger..
  Grillage à poser…Du bricolage en extérieur (construction terrasse en bois) et un peu en intérieur (peinture par exemple). Vous serez guider dans l’exécution de ses travaux.

  Accommodation

  You will occupy a room, with a shower room and toilet reserved for your personal use. A small kitchen area is set up to allow you to have breakfasts and meals. Some meals can be taken together. The main house remains private except for certain meals taken together.
  
  Vous occuperez une chambre, avec salle de douche et toilettes réservées à votre usage personnel. Un petit coin cuisine est aménagé pour vous permettre de prendre les petits déjeuners et les repas. Certains repas peuvent être pris en commun.
  La maison principale reste privative sauf pour certains repas pris en commun.

  What else ...

  Difficult to go out in the evening. During the day the bus allows you to connect a few interesting points. I can drop you off at the station if you want to go to Paris. My trips to Le Havre can help you get there. Very beautiful walks to take on the cliffs, from the house. If you like nature, you will like the setting. This is our first experience. We have two grown children who may come to visit us and it will be a pleasure to talk with you.
  
  Difficile de sortir le soir.
  En journée le car permet de relier qq points intéressants.
  Je peux vous déposer à la gare si vous avez envie d’aller à Paris.
  Mes déplacements sur Le Havre peuvent vous permettre d’y aller.
  Très belles balades à faire sur les falaises, depuis la maison.
  Si vous aimez la nature, le cadre vous plaira.
  C’est notre première expérience.
  Nous avons deux grands enfants susceptibles de venir nous rendre visite et ce sera un plaisir d’échanger avec vous.
