Looking for creative and fun volunteers to help out in our garden in Punta del Este, Uruguay

  Hi!!
  
  We are Sara, Amelie and Candy. A small family composed of mum (Sara; originally from the UK but has lived in Uruguay for the past 12 years), Amelie (a sweet, caring, sensitive, fun-loving 8 year old), Candy (a big, black, overly-affectionate but generally well-behaved dog), oh and Dora (Amelie's cute little hamster!).
  
  We are looking for fun and creative volunteers mainly to help us clean, clear and develop the garden space at the back of the house. Our garden is split into 2 sections: one where our house is and another where the cabin you will stay in is located, just opposite Sara's Yoga Studio (as she is a yoga teacher ;-)
  
  We also would love help with basic maintenance (wood sanding and painting, etc) and if you have any experience in construction there is plenty to do on the little wood cabin as it's still a little rustic!!

  Amelie and Sara both speak English and Spanish. Sara is a yoga teacher and has lived in Uruguay for 12 years, previously she lived in Barcelona for nearly 10 years and was born in the UK. Amelie is a fascinating, smart, cute and sometimes moody 8 year old who wont fail to keep you entertained!!

  Help

  Generally maintaining the garden, cutting grass, weeding, raking, developing the huerta (veggie patch), maybe some painting and basic home repairs, walking the dog, occasional babysitting, cooking, washing the dishes.
  
  If you have any building skills we would like to make some improvements to the wood cabin where you will stay, ie. put up some shelves, add an out-door sink and kitchen area.

  Accommodation

  Wood cabin at the back of the garden. It has a double bed, a fridge, kettle for heating up water and an air-fryer. There is a small sink and a toilet inside and an outdoor shower.
  
  The house is located in San Rafael, 2 blocks from the P. 10 Brava Beach in Punta del Este.

  We have a bicycles you can use. The beach (Brava) is 2 blocks away.
  Walking, cycling, surfing, yoga.
