  Cultural exchange: from a French father and a Vietnamese mother and having lived 25 years in Africa, the exchange will not only be theoretical. Take care of yourself with real food: lacto-fermented foods and fermented drinks, sprouted seeds, aromatic and medicinal plants for health, skin balms and homemade soaps. and for the survival of the planet and this oasis, develop an ecosystem. Reconnection to the Source assured with Nature.
  
  Echange culturel : de père français, et de mère vietnamienne et ayant vécu 25 années en Afrique, l'échange ne sera pas que théorique.
  Prendre soin de soi par la vraie nourriture : aliments lacto-fermentées et boissons fermentées, graines germées, les plantes aromatiques et médicinales pour la santé , baumes pour la peau et savons faits maison. et pour la survie de la planète et de cet oasis, développer un écosystème .

  Accommodation

  caravan doubled with a roof, for two people, with flowery terrace. exterior and independent kitchen and bathroom. I have unlimited internet connection but not at the caravan. the person must therefore have their connection on their laptop. Food at the expense of volunteers in exchange for 3 hours of work over 5 days.
  
  caravane doublee d'un toit, pour deux personnes, avec terrasse fleurie. cuisine et salle de bain extérieurs et indépendants.
  J'ai la connexion internet illimité mais pas à la caravane. la personne devra donc avoir sa connexion sur son portable.
  
  
  Nourriture aux frais des volontaires en échange de 3h de travail sur 5 jours.

  What else ...

  Walk in the middle of the garrigue, 5 minutes by car from the village where there are buses for Béziers, valras plage Pézénas, ... Sète, lake Salagou, the circus of Navacelles, the cave of the young ladies, the Héric gorges and walks in canoeing it is however desirable to have a car, because the place where I live is not served by buses.
  
  Ballade en pleine garrigue, 5 mn en voiture du village où il y a des bus pour Béziers, valras plage Pézénas, ... Sète, lac Salagou, le cirque de Navacelles, La grotte des demoiselles, les gorges d'Héric et ballades en canoé
  il est cependant souhaitable d'avoir une voiture, car le lieux où j'habite est peu désservi par les bus.
