Description
I am cultivating land in Pobral, Portugal including permaculture, gardening and eco building. I offer daily meditation, yoga and community based living.
I started studying and experimenting with an alternative lifestyle as a teenager originally through Rebirthing (a form of pranayama) and hypnosis, I then studied many forms of holistic health care especially bodywork such as Thai massage and yoga.
I have been a yoga teacher for many years drawing on Iyengar, Jivanmukta, Ashtanga and Kundalini. I'm also a herbalist. You will be able to join daily classes with me and my students as well as joining me in my own daily practice. You will also get lots of experience learning about ecobuilding and permaculture.Types of help and learning opportunities
