The Off grid property, an old Spanish farmhouse, is in a remote and peaceful countryside location with lots of land, garden and space.
Access is 3km of dirt track passable enough for a normal car or van.
About 10km from Motril town, sea, beaches. Lots of fresh air, sunshine(normally), books and tracks for walking.
Accommodation is a twin bedded room with separate salon, terrace and bathroom with your own entrance, shared kitchen.
Accommodation and food in return for help around the place. Lots of varied tasks to be done, nothing too skilled.
It's dirty and dusty working in the garden, or clearing out sheds etc. Hot work shifting stones or moving blocks.
Flexible hours and days.

English speaking but trying to be fluent in Spanish! Practice needed. XAccommodation
Self contained apartment(end of house).
We require helpers to cater for their own breakfast. We provide ingredients, normally museli and milk, bread and jam. Water and hot drinks.
We provide lunch and dinner with a small amount of beer or wine that we all share and exchange stories and experience.
Late evening and weekends are private quiet times.
We are flexible to fit with helpers requirements.
It is a non smoking house. What else ...
There is not much to do with time off other than walk, read etc. No public transport is available. We try not to go to town in the evenings. If you want to make a trip out to Granada for the day we can try and accommodate your plans.
Housesitters must be confident driving ' off-road' although the track is not so rough, passable with a normal car.
Some people find driving along the hillside slightly unnerving but as you can only drive slowly it's perfectly safe.
I do have an elderly dog who needs company and attention, I would like to visit the UK for a short time so could use a dog and housesitter for a week or so.A little more information
