Annika is a remarkable young woman from Germany, who is a digital nomad and traveling the world. She displayed exceptional organizational skills assisting me with my office work (online marketing, writing, social media, podcasting, etc.) and other tasks around the house and garden.
Annika was also great with taking care of my four cats and my dog

Moreover, Annika took on the responsibility for the community’s kitchen, ensuring that the common space remained clean and organized. She consistently maintained a tidy environment, which greatly contributed to the overall comfort of our whole community. We miss her and hope she comes back again sometime.
I can only recommend having Annika, she is easy-going and just a lovely soul to be around.

I had an incredible experience staying with Niyaso on her stunning property in Maui, Hawaii. Her home nestled in the lush jungle on the east side of the island is a true oasis of peace and tranquility. While it's a bit remote, having a car is essential to get groceries in the nearby town of Paia and explore the closest surf spot, both around 20

The sense of community at Niyaso's place was heartwarming. Our weekly community workdays were a great opportunity to connect and contribute to the land. In addition to that, I had the chance to assist Niyaso with her life coaching business and help with cleaning.
Niyaso is a truly understanding and compassionate person with a beautiful soul. I'll cherish the memories of my time on Maui with her, and I'll miss the peaceful haven she provided. Highly recommend this workaway experience!
Some people wait a lifetime to vacation in Hawaii, but experiencing our workaway in Hawaii on Nyasso’s property was a rewarding, comfortable, inviting and lifetime experience. My husband and I woke every morning to the sounds of the bamboo moving with the breeze and the birds singing in the trees and sometimes if we were lucky a ukulele in the

We got to experience a couple of DIY projects that were very rewarding to be a part of. In our free time we got to travel most of the island, having a car is definitely a plus. Nyasso is a wonderful person. She is very inviting and easy to talk too. We would love to return someday.

Staying with Niyaso was an amazing experience. It felt like home. I came with a broken heart and I left feeling stronger and better. Work was fun and not that difficult. I felt appreciated. Niyaso connected cool people and created fun space to meet new people. Definitely recommend!

Kathrin is fabulous! She got stranded with me here on Maui because of the covid restrictions and I consider myself very lucky to have had her here longer than expected. Kathrin is kind, caring, capable, generous with her time and generous of spirit. She is very conscientious and has lots of attention to detail. I believe that because she has

I stayed about 9 weeks at Niyaso's paradise and had the best time!
If you like beeing outdoors, close to nature it's the perfect place to be!
It's also a bit offside the main road in the jungle so you'll need a car to get there.
My main work was weed whacking, gardening, housekeeping, just everything that needs to be done on a little farm in the

Niyaso is a great host who was always there when I had a question.
Not only when there were questions about work, also with her profession as a life coach, she always had an open ear and a good advice no matter what it was!
I really enjoyed the time at Niyasos place and it helped me to focus what's important in life and what really matters.
Hope to come back one day!!!You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Ulli is amazing! I have done work exchange for a long time but this was my first experience with a person coming through workaway and it was a total success. What stuck out most for me was Ulli's kindness, not to mention her competence, adaptability, reliability and generosity of spirit. I meant it when I said to her one day: "You make me believe

It was my first workaway experiance and i couldnt find a better place then here. I spent 7 weeks with Niyaso. I helped her mostly doing some gardening like wheedwacking, cutting gras, taking care for the trees and little jobs around the house. I loved the indoor/outdoorliving in the shower, toilett and kitchen where you can make your own food. Its
… read more also kind of a "meeting point" with the other workawayers and people who lived here. We had a lot of fun. I never felt like just a worker and i could check in to niyasos house whenever there were questions. This place is kind of a little paradies on this beautiful island maui which now feels a little bit like home for me. If you prefer nightlife this place would be wrong for you. Since its isolated and about 20 min to the next town you should have a car. There is also a bus system on maui. Furthermore you need flashlights to go to the toilett, shower or kitchen by night and you might see frogs. This place is so quiet and close to mother nature that i really had a great time here, learned more about gardening, trees and how to use all the stuff you need for this work. Since you just have to work 2 hours/day its enought time to explore the island and Niyaso let us work very flexible means how to deal with our working hours but there are a few rules which she wanted us to follow. Im so grateful that i "found" her and maui. So thanks Niyaso for the great time i had at your place and with you!You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.
