Description
I am from Puerto Rico, left and came back after 40 yrs. My husband Tom and I were lucky to be able to purchase a mountaintop in my home town of Aibonito. Our land was overtaken by the forest, we have worked together to improve the land. We would like to start a vegetable garden (we have many fruit trees on the land). We will be putting in a road to access other areas and will be building aircrete domes. We have a full house, oversized gazebo and outdoor kitchen. We just had 2 goats join our family and hope to get some chickens. Our view is amazing and relaxing!

Help
Our dream is to be as "Green" as possible. We are interested in creating a rain collection system. We will be building a road from the mountaintop to the building area so we can then build some domes. We need help with general house and property maintenance, including lawn trimming & cutting, paint when needed, power washing when needed, general yard help (weeds, feeding flowers...), taking care of the goats (2), fencing and starting a garden area with a work place. We would also love to develop an outdoor shower area. I would love to do some stenciling on the gazebo and main house and create fun art with what the land provides me (coconut shells, palm tree leaves, bamboo and more).

We have a 3 bedroom house. One of them set up for you and a 2nd guest. You will have your own bed and a place for your personal items. The bathroom will be shared with the house. We also have a large tent in the event that we get multiple guest. You will have a comfortable place to sleep (in the tent) and it's near the main house so you will have access to the full bathroom. You will have access to the laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. We have an outdoor gazebo, a large balcony and many, many hammocks for you to chill in. We can take you for a grocery run (local in town) and a potential day trip to a place of interest. We have some private roads that surround the property that you can walk and a place for yoga. We will provide you with 3 meals a day, (you will fix your own lunch, ((we provide the food)), we will take care of breakfast and dinner).
What else ...
During your time off you are welcome to explore the property and relax on the hammocks. We can plan a day trip for you to see the various sites on the island. This day trip can be tailored to your interests. Aibonito town center is not far and has various restaurants and dancing on some nights. Puerto Rico does not have any public transport so you will need to either have a car or communicate with us in advance for pick up and drop off to locations.
