Description
This is a Daycare and kindergarten- pre-school. It was established in 2021 under the Organisation known as THE BRIGHT GROUP. The project have two program running together, Helping the disadvantage group by Providing education to children from 2 to 5 years with providing accomodations for secondary students girls from poor families coming far away.
The porpuse of the project is to provide Early Childhood development together with preschool education and giving student facilities for girls coming from poor or problematic families many times both. They stays in Mafinga Iringa in Tanzania.
It was established in 2021 under the Organisation known as THE BRIGHT GROUP , It works with volunteers, Three teachers and matrone- madame who is also a cooking chief, and the school van driver . We gives free education to benefit the less fortunate children and families in their area from Pre school to elementary schools . The meaning is to help a children to have a chance of education without dropouts and makes the area of the daycare centre to be safe place for learning and playing for children and girls student. We use a very “modern” approach where we do not differentiate between children with different religions, tribes and poor children. Everyone is equal at this place. At the moment we have fifty children in kindergarden and we offer accommodation to approximatle ten student-girls. The huge problem for us is that majority of the perents don’t have money to pay monthly fees for children at kindergarden and for student-girls accommodation, what makes us a challenge finding every day money for food, for children and student-girls. We work to end child labor and providing equal education for all childrens.
In our society we realize that many girls having a problem to grow and learn the healthy environment. Unfortunally even nowdays happens that in our society coming to education the advantage-opportunity go first to boys. Many times happen that because of the family breakdown, carelessness and poverty many girl-students are forced to drop the education before the boys in early age.
Our target is to help the poor and needy girls who have lack of space having a privacy in their own family and not having any favoulable learning condition to have at least basic education and accomodation together with providing food, love and care, which they are missing at their home.

Help
We urgently need any help you can give to help us in day care centre. 1:Fundraising for the Project: we are looking for volunteers who can help in online fundraising.
2:We need volunteers for helping building new classes at the center.
3:We look for teachers in kindergarten or person who can help our teachers.
4:Also we need persons who know the maintained the area like painting,drawing,cutting the grass, the possibility to help the driver and teacher to deliver the kids to their home. We also look for persons to help in kitchen.

Accommodation
Voluntieers they will have their own room with sharing bathroom.We provide 3 meals breakfast, lunch and dinner per day at the project where also food is cooked for children and students girls it is given the whole time when volunteers are available to the project, at the area where also food is cooked for children and students girls.
What else ...
The centre is five minutes walking distance from the shoping streat where you can get local-food, local -fruit ,bar for drink's, internet etc...The motorbikes (bodaboda) or bajaj is always available to get on street outside the center.
We are only an hour away from Iringa where you can do Safari and we can arrange a good safari guide for you on weekends at a cheap price because they always ask a high from foreigners.
Also I can take you to my village which is not far from here and there you can visit Maze and Avocado plantation and I can take you to my family and relatives where you can get a chance to know about Tanzanian culture and local food.
I can make sure for you that when you will arrive here you will be living like Tanzanian local people.
