Description
I have a home in the town (Polopos) and I have dedicated my last years to the restoration of the Mill. My University training as a Historian and Anthropologist motivated me to begin the process of conservation of historical heritage, in a totally altruistic way.
Tengo una vivienda en el pueblo (Polopos) y, he dedicado mis últimos años a la restauración del Molino. Mi formación Universitraria como Historiador y Antropólogo me motivó a iniciar el proceso de conservación del patriminio histórico, de forma totalmente altruista.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be done in the Mill itself or in the rural house 3km from it. As for maintenance, it will be the responsibility of the host. Free food. We offer the traditional Mediterranean diet. If any assistant prefers any other type of diet, no problem, it is done according to their taste.
El alojamiento puede hacerse en el propio Molino o en la vivienda rural a 3km de aquel.
En cuanto a la manuntención correrá a cargo del anfitrión.
Comida gratis. Ofrecemos la tradicional dieta mediterranea. Si algún ayudante prefiere cualquier otro tipo de dieta no hay problema, se hace según su gusto.
