Description
Brand new, mother/daughter owned and operated, luxury hostel resort in Mitla, Oaxaca. My mother and I live on site and have 3 staff members, which include 2 shifts cleaning and taking care of the hostel and pool club guests, and a maintenance person. Sadly, we are still very slow. Many days we have no guests or pool visitors. Since my mom and I live on site, we normally handle all late nite checkins and fill in between shifts. We are looking for someone to live on site and pitch in wherever necessary, like we would. Many days, there would be no work at all, but we need someone physically here in case someone arrives.

What else ...
Days off can be spent in Oaxaca, touring the numerous small villages in the Oaxaca Villages and learning about each village's specific craft and/or trade. Mitla is home to an archeological site, which is currently being excavated, studied and written about all over the world. Mitla is also home to prehistoric caves - a UNESCO Site! Take a few days and head to the Oaxaca beaches - the new highway has opened and busses from Oaxaca take 3 hours to reach the Pacific! You also might just want to spend your day off relaxing at the Confetti Pool!
