Description
Living and healing, growing and harvesting, building and repairing on a lonely green hill, in the wild wild forest, surrounded by natural springs and clean rivers. Kids, pets, musicians and other artists are welcome regardless of age or social status, but so is everyone else. No skills, knowledge, experience and/or enthusiasm are rejected. The nearest sea is only three hours away, and you're free to find a better island without prior notice.
Anyway, this place is a building wonderland and a never-ending jungle. My late eccentric grandfather built everything himself, including the power and water lines. Some of his designs work, some don't, and some things he didn't manage to finish. There is an endless assortment of tools, most of whose uses are unknown to me.
The gardens are huge, the house is huge, and everything runs on wood.Types of help and learning opportunities

This is a very peaceful place, surrounded by forests and rivers, where every venture is an adventure. There are local buses, Zagreb and Karlovac aren't far away, but you have to walk down the hill to get to the first village and take a local bus.
I'll keep you posted as soon as I get my license because I'm still taking lessons. I'm also in the process of getting bikes. Of course, I have a flat rate internet.
If you're are into nature, know how to organize your time, want to write a book or record an album, this is the perfect place for you.
I'm not much of an entertainer, but I'm great at giving space, time, and freedom.
There's a lot of nature to explore around, just google Zumberak. You can also make this place your base for exploring Croatia.

Help
Need help mowing the lawn with a sickle, cutting grass and branches, watering plants and tending to vegetables, picking fruit, dusting, collecting and cutting wood, general maintenance, minor and major repairs (part of the roof leaks), playing with a very social toddler, painting, decorating, cooking, DIY house and garden projects (like building a greenhouse and improving the tool house) and anything else you deem valuable. In return, you can come back and bring your friends as many times as you want to. No season is excluded.

You can sleep in one of the two rooms in the comfy attic, which have no doors between them, but feel free to build them. There is also a large living room with sofas that can fit 2 or 3 people and more if you have sleeping bags. And you can use a hammock on the covered patio or pitch your tent in the backyard or orchard. I think you can probably fit ten tents in there. There's clean creek water everywhere. It gets hot if you put wood in the boiler, which I take care of, but you can learn to do it too. Electricity is everywhere, my grandpa was crazy about electricity, lights, and tools, while my grandma was all about plants, dishes, and coffee reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with too many things that I don't use most of the time, but why shouldn't you. There is also a large barbecue area. Just make yourself comfortable and eat what you want, when you want.
What else ...
The closest airport is Zagreb, from where you take a bus to Jastrebarsko (50km), from where you take another bus to Pribic (9 km) where I meet you, and together we climb the paradise.
I'm a writer and a director and always have things to do. But I don't need special conditions to get in the zone. Instead, I work with what I have. Having spent a lot of time living and working in occupied spaces, I learned that people who thrive most in communities are DIY people who selflessly live for their passions.
Never ask me when I get up and if I mind jamming.A little more information
