Description
This is a structure located in Valdambra, in Capannole, in the municipality of Bucine (AR). Parallel to the restoration (we have a small carpentry-laboratory), we have carried out tourist reception activities, but we have always preferred to use the spaces for cultural, social and educational activities. It has a large garden with a swimming pool and a small amphitheater for events and we are setting up a small recording studio and spaces for playful and educational activities for children.
Although the restoration is not completely completed, we have about 7 residential units, 3 of which are already in use and others to be restored. We are looking for people who share the spirit of the project and who contribute their skills to the maintenance and growth of the structure.
The mansion is currently inhabited by the Röslmair family (Rudi, architect and carpenter, born in 1933, veteran of restoration work; Vittorina, green-thumbed writer and sculptor, born in 1940; Stefan, son of Rudi and Vitto, musician and handyman, born in 77 -who is writing this post-; Roi, born in '82, choreographer and director currently absorbed by her studies of Chinese medicine and permaculture and finally Aviv and Yuval aged 6 the first and eight months the second.

Help
Basic knowledge of German and/or Italian and/or English or all three together is preferred.
Driving license is a must.
Good skills and predisposition for manual work, both in the garden and in construction is a plus, as well as
skills in web design and social media.
We need about 6 hours of work a week: some gardening and driving my mum (who doesn't have driving license) to nearby shops once or twice a week.
