Description
We are looking for motivated, independent hands on people. Work is as varied as are our farms. Interest in woodland management and animal husbandry are a must. We are farming two different farms . The home farm is around 11 ha and the outside farm is 65 ha mostly mountain bog. We grow and produce most of our own meat and some vegetables. Like all farm work tasks will be varied throughout your stay. Both of us are working off farm jobs as well. Please have waterproof gear and wellingtons or a good pair of boots with you when you come..All the greywater from the sinks in the house goes into a greywater- pond so please only use organic soap and shampoo while you are staying with us. Accommodation is in a caravan. We will take meals together in the house. We are meat lovers and do not cater for alternative diets.
