Description
We are a restaurant bar located at the heart of Ski resort. This season will be our second year of operation and love all things Japanese food, culture, good music, meeting people and of corse riding the best snow Madapow has to offer!

This is an intimate ski resort in Nagano/Niigata prefecture the best kept secret. You will have to opportunity to ride as much snow as you like and travel surrounding areas like the Snow monkeys and stunning traditional temples.
The Chef owner is Half Japanese half Australian and is eager to teach all things Japanese, our near by towns are very local and you can test out your Japanese language skills just by grocery shopping.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

Help
We are currently on search of some rockstar kitchen staff. You will be working closely and collaborating with chef owner to produce delicious Izakaya style food to our hungry guests.
The more experience you have as a chef we can collaborate to expand and create a delicious menu!
Starting rate is ¥1,000 before tax but please feel free to contact based on experience.

Accommodation
You will be in a private twin room in a ski lodge located a 1 minute walk from the slopes and 5 minute walk to the restaurant bar sharing with one other staff member. You will be sharing the ski lodge with other members of the restaurant bar and house keepers of a near by lodge.
Great place to meet likeminded travellers and ski goers!
What else ...
You will be provided with a season pass for skiing and snowboarding if you stay on for the season! There is so much to do and see in the surrounding area and the food is incredible in this part of Nagano!
