Description
My name is Constantinos and I currently work as a chef.
I acquired a piece of land which consists of 8000m2 of wild native growth (olive trees, medlars and terebinth trees mostly), with a goal to turn it into a productive farm using permaculture principles. All plants grown will be used to sustain myself and a portion of the elderly population of Vasa Koilaniou, which is where the land is located.

As a professional chef, I am willing to teach my guests traditional Cypriot recipes, sourdough breadmaking, as well as how to make traditional halloumi cheese and ricotta from organic raw milk.
Up to 2 meals per day can be provided upon request.
Help
I am at the very early stages of developing the land so I am looking for like minded people to assist me with removing non-beneficial shrubs from the land, trimming the existing trees in order to provide more fruit and also being part in planting trees, in order to prepare the land for planting Mediterranean vegetables and fruits, as well as keeping chickens and sheep.
In addition currently have 1 beehive which I will split into 2 hives come spring, so beekeeping experiences are also on offer.

I offer a bedroom with 2 double beds in my traditional stone built villa located a few minutes walk from the land.
What else ...
The Troodos mountain range is located only a 15-20 minute drive away from Vasa. It is dotted with nature walks, waterfalls, beautiful ancient pine forests and plenty of wineries that offer local wine tastings.
I am willing to drop my guests off in Platres village on my way to work, where they would have to find their own way to their desired location.
