    Description

Hi! I’m Harriet and I live in Dublin, Ireland.
I have a large garden that I am currently renovating and I need some help with general garden tidy up, and starting a new vegetable garden. I also have some indoor projects to do such as painting.
My house is close to the city centre with a bus into town just outside the door.
In my spare time I love swimming, cooking, and horse riding, and I speak French and a bit of Spanish!
I love meeting new people and have travelled a lot in the past - now that I can’t travel so much anymore I would love to experience new cultures through hosting workaways.

I live in the city, so it is a great opportunity to explore Dublin and the east of Ireland. I spend a lot of time sea swimming and riding my horse, so I would love to share those hobbys.
I love learning languages and cooking.

    Help

Any gardening skills would be amazing, especially growing vegetables.
However I don’t think serious experience is needed for my garden.
Also any experience with painting would be so helpful.

I speak quite good French and a little bit of Spanish, but I love learning! I am trying to learn some Greek and some Arabic, but I am open to trying any language. I would love to improve my French and Spanish too.

    Accommodation

I have a large spare double bedroom with private bathroom in my house. The living area is spacious with a nice kitchen and dining area.
I am open to cooking for the guests, or allowing them to cook for themselves, whatever is most comfortable for everyone.
I live close to many shops, bars and restaurants, so there are always lots of options.
I am mostly vegetarian, but I don’t mind if my guests want to cook meat for themselves.
I have a very friendly, casual home, and my main rule is that you make yourself comfortable and at home.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

There are great transport options into Dublin City centre, and maybe ways to explore other parts of Ireland (train and bus) etc. I also have a car and would love to show guests my favourite places.
I cycle around the city a lot as it is a great way to get around so can provide a bike too.
There are many things to do and explore in and around Dublin!

I am a single woman so my preference would be for a female guest, but this is not a strict rule.

I work from home 2-3 days a week, and have a nice office set up in a separate room. So this would be available for anyone to use on the days I am in the office, or the evenings, or even a shared space when I am also working from home. It’s nice to have company at work!
