Description
Hello :) We are Marie & Philip, a couple that lives a pretty busy life in Klagenfurt, Austria.
We are looking for somebody who could help us in our daily lives, groceries, cleaning, household stuff - just a couple of hours a day.
Living close to the city, yet also close to the mountains & the beautiful lakes in the region allows you to enjoy a calm, relaxing summer in Klagenfurt, Carinthia, next to Slovenia & Italy!

We are very curious & active couple; staying with us would have the benefit on getting to share our life for a little while: we are involved in the local cultural scene, we have a small guest house & have a small cottage in the country side. So staying with us allows you to dive right into the local life of a small country city perched right in the Austrian Alps, next to Slovenia & Italy, which are both easily visited when based in Klagenfurt. We have both traveled broadly, together having visited all inhabited continents, living in Latin America / East Asia. We would love to exchange ideas, experiences & and share our life with travellers :)

The work entails helping us out in our daily personal life - we live pretty busy lives and have hectic schedules. We are involved in multiple projects, & so struggle to get the basic things in order: when to do the groceries, household stuff, cooking meals etc :)

Accommodation
You would have a private room in a shared apartment very close to ours, sharing it with three young students. This gives you a private life & the possibility to engage with and get to know locals on your own as well :) We would do groceries once or twice a week together, & you will have your own fridge + kitchen where you can arrange your private living, unless we are sharing meals of course :)
What else ...
As mentioned, Klagenfurt is beautifully located in the Austrian Alps, close to both Italy & Slovenia. Locally, there are plenty hikes & mountains, as well as multiple larger & smaller lakes that one can visit. It's a summer city, and during this time the city is busy with both locals & tourists from all around. Since we are involved in the local cultural scene, travellers would also have the chance to dive right into it with us :) It's a great summer-spot, with so many things to do!
