    Description

We, Justin & myself Jeanie, and baby Zazen (2 1/2) live in the rainforest in FNQ, Kuranda. We have 2.5 acres of beautiful land with an interesting shipping container home. Our property has many vegetable gardens, and self sufficient practices.
We have a self contained caravan set up (can sleep 3) as well as sleeping options in a train carriage and an outdoor shower/bathroom to immerse yourself in nature. There is an outdoor kitchen also. Composting toilet is now complete.
We have many DIY building projects on the go and opportunities for learning. We have a heritage railway carriage we are renovating to use as an alternative homebased school. I am an English teacher and Justin is working as an arborist, offering many opportunities for learning from us in FNQ.
We are in the heart of tropical paradise in Australia, surrounded by bushwalks, waterfalls, the Great Barrier Reef, stunning beaches, creeks and a great many tourist attractions. We love to visit our natural wonders on weekends and would be happy to share this with you too.
