Hello!
My name is Victoria and I am 21 years old, and happy with my life in Denmark with friends and family. Although I love to travel and experience new countries and cultures. Since graduating high school last summer, I have volunteered for three months in Mozambique at a farming school and then, later on, traveled back to Mozambique again for pleasure.
Now I am looking for a new adventure. Preferably in sunny Portugal :)

I'm a 21-year-old positive and happy girl. Experience of working as a teacher, mentor, care and pedagogic assistant, waiter and cleaner. I meet others with a friendly, positive, appreciative attitude and have skills in relationship building, communication and collaboration. I am ambitious and eager to learn more. Furthermore, a decent person with an optimistic mind, good humor and caring.

Experience:
On-call substitute, Vestbyens Børnehus; Ikast, Denmark – 28/11/2022 - d.d. (KINDERGARDEN)
The work at "Vestbyens Børnehus" has of course taught me a lot about everyday life and the routines in an orphanage. Not least, I have learned more about building relationships with the little ones, and how important it is to see each one of them at eye level and involve the parents. If unrest has arisen I have managed to keep cool and have been able to create a calm atmosphere through singing or playing.

Mentor, MentorDanmark; Ikast, Denmark — 26/10/2020 - d.d.
In addition to high school, I have taught mathematics and Danish for a total of 151 hours for a girl in the 9th grade and a boy in the 4th and 5th grade. This work has taught me a lot about how crucial it is for a child's learning and social development that they gain recognition and self-confidence through a safe and good relationship.

Lecturer, WutomiAgri; Chicumbane, Mozambique — 16/08/2022 - 12/11/2022
For three months I volunteered at an agricultural school in Mozambique. Here I taught 16 students in English and computer education. A challenge in this work was to teach in a mix of Portuguese and English. It strengthened my communication and communication skills. I also learned a lot about agriculture and animals from the students in the field, and how to be creative with what you've got. In addition, three months in a completely different culture has also taught me a lot about myself and other people. I experienced that plans could go awry and that being ready to adapt is a strength!

Caregiver/pedagogue assistant, Brande Å-Center; Brande, Denmark — 11/07/2021 - 30/07/2021.
During the summer holidays, I had the pleasure of working at the "Brande Å center" for three weeks. Here I did everything from feeding with a feeding tube or spoon, giving the residents a bath, changing nappies to activities that appealed to their senses, such as pleasant group singing with instruments and playing with a parachute and bags of rice.

Waiter, Restaurant Noli; Ikast, Denmark – April 2019 - September 2019
I was a waiter at the restaurant Noli in Ikast, where I served the guests and washed dishes in the kitchen. The working time was around 8-10 hours. The job taught me a lot about discipline.

Cleaning help, CD Company; Ikast – 01/06/2016 - 15/08/2017
In the past , I have cleaned kitchens, toilets, meeting and office rooms. The working hours varied from two to four hours per day. week. Unfortunately, I had to resign when I was going to Boarding School.

Other experience
In addition, I have had serving, cleaning and washing up duties at apartment parties, where I have received a good response.
