Beschreibung

We are Blanca and Tilman from Germany and departed on a journey in September 2022 to learn about the local life and life philosophies in other places of the world!

Blanca studied social work and worked the last years in a Kindergarten in Berlin. She became a Kids Yoga teacher three years ago and became certified Yoga teacher in India last year. Tilman is a cameraman and works also in post production.

We are very interested and passionate about environmental topics and sustainable living among other things.

We think we are easy-going people who love to chat and laugh with other people! We love beach, island life, nature, being around other people, sharing some food, cooking and playing Music. Tilman plays Guitar and Blanca can make sourdough bread:)

Blanca grew up already with two languages (Catalan and Spanish), learned English in school (and life:) and later German when she started to live in Germany, Tilman is a German native and learned English and French in school (and life:). Later he lived in Belgium and improved his French a little and lived in Mexico and Spain where he learned Spanish. We both learned a little Indonesian when we stayed there for 4 months. I believe we both enjoy learning and improving on our languange skills and are also willing to teach! While we'd love to share our knowledge we can't currently imagine ourselves working purely as a languange teacher in a school or similar.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Tilman:

I have been working as a professional cinematographer / videographer / cameraman, in video postproduction and as a photographer for over 10 years and have some skills in programming, webdesign, social media and computer graphics in general. I also have a tiny bit of experience in teaching cinematography to university students. I enjoy working with other people in general and are usually very motivated when there is something new to learn! I'm pretty good at speaking and writing, too and I enjoy handywork, repairing, working with wood, caring for plants and any kind of artistic projects.

Blanca:

I have always work with people and enjoy been around people. I could work in a hostel taking care of the guest and helping them during the day. I could also help a family with their children or teach/play some kids yoga with them. Or I could work in a shop welcoming the clients.
I really like to cook and I would be very happy to help in the kitchen. I can also cook some Spanish food or make bread.
I love plants and I had a lot of them back home. I still have to learn many things about gardening/farming but I would like to participated in this kind of projects.
I would also like to created some art and I could write some empowering messages in the walls or in a nice piece of wood.
I love animals and would be super happy to take care of them :)
