Hej hej Aloha & Moin moin 🌞

We are Christoph and Maike from North-Germany, we're a married couple who recently have been living in the Swiss Alps, but now want to spend time travelling.

Christoph spend some time in New Zealand work and travelling, primarily on vineyards doing everything that came up. Outside of work goin for hikes and exploring the beautiful country. Interests differ into a wide spectrum of fields, including: cooking, bouldering, woodworking, hiking, gardening, bread baking, craftmanship, reading and much more.

Maike grew up in a large family with lots of kids, as the oldest, she was always there to keep everything rolling. She loves gardening/working on a farm, taking care of animals, but also crafting and woodworking. She has recently started to explore wild herbs and mushrooms, learning how to use them and what they can be used for. She's also interested in the preservation of vegetables. In addition, she has a keen interest in survival training.

We are both bound together by our shared love for nature, appreciation of good food, commitment to sustainability, and a passion for repurposing and reusing materials. Strongly interested in permaculture and self-sufficiency. We find joy in bouldering, trekking & hiking and we have a strong track record of working seamlessly together, both in our personal and professional lives. We are at ease with silence and comfortable when away from civilization.

We are easy going people with simple needs, like a warm cozy place to sleep, at least three meals a day, a variety of work and learning new skills, a friendly community/host around us and from time to time a warm shower would be nice 😊

We would like to start practicing Yoga since we never found the time for it at home. We're also interested in knitting and other "old" crafts.
