Hi, we are Roxane and Nicki and we would like to share with you a little bit of our story but the rest will have to wait until our paths cross :)
We meet 4 years ago in the beautiful Haute Savoie, France. We quickly noticed that we shared a lot of the same passions that life gives us. We are Nature lovers, exploring our beautiful land and you will often find us out on a hike, skiing, and when we can to be with horses. We like to practise yoga, mindful thinking and meditation of which Nicki has developed further on her recent trip to Guatemala, discovery deeply into spirituality and brining her new life back to France to share with her friends. We love to travel, specially in the wild areas where we can connect with the elements around us. Roxane is a horse rider since.. She was in her mums belly!! It's in her blood. Finally she will be living her dream to travel with horses through Argentina, solo and wild. She has solid skills in 'dressage' and she did quite a lot of jumping competition! She also learned the natural horsemanship and practiced it on her horse who was very spooky and sensitive! Nicki also has a great passion with horses and with roxane we worked on a Canadian ranche for 2 months, summer 2023. We are both fun and social people and Nicki is a great cook. She caters for clients in the ski season and at the yoga retreats.
Roxane is also a very talented artist, and she mostly paint animals (horses ;) ).
We both believe that life is here to be lived, not to be on the treadmill,
to work to earn money to buy things... not really our vision of life! That's why Workaway fits us! Our energy and volunteering work in exchange of your food, accommodation and knowledge :). One day, we will have our own piece of land and grow our food, raise our animals, following the principles of the holy permaculture and the garden-forest,. That's our future. We would love to share our time together with you.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Roxane skills, a great wealth of knowledge of horse manship. She has been with horses all her life, dressage, jumping, a bit of a horse whisperer! She is a talented artist and she has an artistic look. She is very good with children, and likes taking care of animals or plants. Quite good housekeeper too. Also very calm in extreme situations... A brilliant snowboarder.
Nicki is great with people and a good listener. She is a wonderful passionate cook and a great house keeper. She is great with animals. She never gives up and pushes her boundaries to explore new things. She is also an excellent hairdresser!!!
Yoga and spiritual development. A great skier too!
