I am a dynamic, vibrant, eccentric, hardworking, fiery free spirit originally from Cape Town, South Africa.

I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. I also have my honors degree in Applied Psychology. I am passionate about helping people help themselves.

I love being big nature and working with animals. I am not afraid of heavy lifting or getting my hands dirty ;) I'm fact, I really enjoy it!

I enjoy meeting new people, learning new things and exploring new places. I like problem solving and work well under pressure.

Hobbies include:
- hiking
- climbing
- ocean anything and everything!
- cooking/baking
- dancing
- crafts / working with my hands

- planting trees for GreenPop
- covering or organising books for The Bookery
- recreational arts and crafts at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital
