Hello! My name is Gustavo and I have always wanted to do something like this. The idea of travelling and being able to live in a different country/completely new place while working is very exciting to me. Getting to know new places and embracing new cultures has always been something that I am very passionate about!

I have always been open to having new experiences and have never been one to just sit around all day and do nothing. I find that I must always have something to do or be occupied with and what better place to do that than a new country I have never been to!

In my spare time, I love to read, write in my journal, workout, watch movies or go for a walk to the park. I grew up in the suburbs of California in Los Angeles County, so I am quite used to the city environment. Where I live, everything is quite close by, such as the gym, the supermarket, the beach or the movie theater, but I have come to realize that I do not need to be surrounded by all of these things all of the time. This is why I love to be in new places and see the different ways of life people have grown accustomed to.

Although I am accustomed to this way of life, I would very much love to see what other areas of the world have to offer. I do not mind doing any kind of work and if I have to get my hands dirty, it is not a problem!

When it comes to travelling, I have not been to too many different countries but I have been to many places here in the United States, such as San Diego, San Francisco, Portland, New York City, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, New Orleans and Philadelphia, just to name a few. Also, I have been to Mexico many times, which is where my family is originally from, and I have been to Costa Rica as well! I love the environments with a lot of scenery and trees, countryside, mountains and ocean.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am very good with people. I have worked in the customer service industry for three years now and have done all kind of work such as dealing with customers, handling money, making and preparing food, cleaning/mopping/sweeping and being around an oven.

In addition to this, I am able to speak the Spanish language, a skill that I picked up over time in high school, so interacting with Spanish speakers is not a problem.

Was noch ...

When it comes to activities that I enjoy taking part in, I love to be out and about in the many places surrounding where I live. It does not matter where really, I love going to the park, the beach, hiking, the city, but it is also nice to be able to get home at the end of the day and recharge our batteries.

I love being outside but I also enjoy my time indoors as well. I am an avid reader and enjoy writing in my journal when I have time!
