  Beschreibung

  I am a social entrepreneur who has expanded my lovely 2 story house (plus outdoor tiny room made from recycled materials) into a great co-sharing space to accommodate an ongoing community of 3-4 workaways.
  
  Our work is focused on bringing positive social change, well-being and peer coaching in healthcare, communities and schools. I really believe peer coaching skills can change your won world, if not the world!
  
  At the moment we really need help with:
  A graphic designer or someone with indesign skills to work on the Wellness activity books.
  An editor/writer who is interested in health and wellness education.
  I also appreciate people with skills in ebook creation & online education skills
  Some one with carpentry skills to fix stuff!
  
  I am very collaborative and we are an expanding social enterprise very open to the ideas and skills that people bring with them.
  
  I also support the work of Daryl, whose house was burnt during the Black Saturday fires 10 years ago. He is building an awesome earthship in Kinglake - an hour from here. As well as for my partner who has a 1 acre block in south Gippsland where we are creating some permaculture food growing and off grid space.
  
  Here are a few key areas in case you fit the description for any one or more of these:
  
  BOOKS & DESIGN
  1. Someone with great and humorous writing skills and editing skills for the books training people to share wellness in the health and wellness arena.
  2.Design skills using Adobe tools (in Design) iBook author,
  3. Online social media and marketing skills
  3. Turning educational resources and books into ebooks for online learning.
  
  THE HOME
  1. Someone with building or renovation or painting and house maintenance skills.
  2. We always need someone to care for the house cleaning, and love people who have uber organisation skills
  3. We have our gorgeous loving 16 year old staffyx dog Shani who needs a little bit more walking and love from everyone.
  
  We are an open, supportive and self motivated innovation loving, artistic and sometimes musical co-sharing community.
  
  Many vegos and vegans pass through here. We dumpster dive veggies and fruit each week, and high quality sourdough bread. I eat whole food and am gluten free but you are welcome to be normal
  
  We like people to connect and learn from each other about traveling Australia and doing farm work for extending visa. We have dreams of developing our current living model into an international nomad network where we can share the skills you will learn to do good! If you are interested in applying your skills to a volunteer shareholder activism or Earthship project that are in San Francisco - you may even want to go there as part of your workaway world tour. We see here as a place for you to build great skills to become an awesome volunteer.
  
  We encourage personal wellness in our home in terms of your lifestyle and open channels of communication. We encourage drug and smoke free lifestyle, at least inside the home, but you are more than welcome to overdose on 80% dark chocolate. We also are generally alcohol free, except for special occasions.
  
  We have been fortunate to have so many wonderful applying! My apologies if I don't respond as time is not my friend at this time, and we are very specific in our needs. I will definitely respond if you fit our needs and we have space at the time.

  If you have writing, research, app or web development, editing, graphic design, drawing, film making skills that would be of great value to our wellness skill and health literacy education project.
  
  We love innovative thinkers who can contribute to developing ideas and spaces.
  
  If you have cleaning, cooking and especially organising my cupboards and rooms to maximise our spaces, carpentry or general building skills to help us make our spaces more usable that would be of great value to us too!

  Self motivated people are good for our space, so are able to contribute without having to be asked to.
  St Kilda East is a vibrant multi cultural suburb. We have bikes and are close to many forms of public transport and located 10 minutes drive/tram ride to the beach.
