  WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR BABYSITTING IN PARTICULAR
  
  Hello dear everyone,
  since 2012 we have been developing a symbiosis between nature, earth, animals and arts in a farm, a suggestive olive grove at the foot of Mount Inici (site of community importance), Castellammare del Golfo. The objective is to enhance the functional diversity and biological fertility of the eco-system, as well as to create a new and shared perception of our environment through artistic and social strategies. This development consists of the implementation of different and parallel projects and approaches, as well as different people involved in them. To date, the company team is engaged in the implementation of an artistic project which involves the creation of a Web Radio - radiofetto48 - and a room suitable for artistic creations of different disciplines, in particular music. Artists have the possibility of staying for days or weeks, staying in our facilities.
  
  Specifically, we are looking for motivated people for the following jobs:
  A. Organization
  We are looking for a motivated and willing person who can support us and follow us in various activities, such as arranging and organizing spaces, welcoming artists/guests, support during events such as musical concerts, theater shows or film screenings. Specifically, we ask that you help clean and prepare the areas for tent sites, rooms, caravans, etc.
  
  B. Construction and maintenance
  We are constantly engaged in construction or repair activities, so all those skills related to construction are welcome: carpentry, electricity, plumbing, etc. Mainly recycled or recovered materials are used, so a certain mental flexibility in the approach is necessary.
  
  C. Playful/recreational activities for children:
  Around this wonderful reality also revolves a community made up of working mothers who often don't know who to entrust their children to, so the need arises to find people who can involve them in various musical, generally artistic and recreational activities. Therefore, we are looking for boys and girls capable of relating to children; able to organize outdoor recreational activities, possibly also involving them in the musical artistic field.
  
  Generally the different activities consist of:
  - take care of the land and animals. The company consists of an olive grove and several fruit trees, and is inhabited by chickens, two donkeys and a little horse and cats.
  - collaborate in constructions with recovered materials
  - participate in meal preparations
  - pay attention to the maintenance of the structures on a daily basis
  - host passers-by, travellers, artists, friends
  - organize artistic events on site
  - involve children in artistic and musical activities immersed in an exclusively natural context
  - constantly research how to manage water resources, limit the production of waste and integrate its disposal, progressively design the human settlement by improving, in a sustainable way, existing structures and introducing new buildings completely integrated into nature.

  dal 2012 stiamo sviluppando una simbiosi tra natura, terra, animali e arti in una azienda agricola, suggestivo uliveto ai piedi del Monte Inici (sito di importanza comunitaria), Castellammare del Golfo. L'obiettivo è quello di valorizzare la diversità funzionale e la fertilità biologica dell'eco-sistema, nonché di creare una percezione nuova e condivisa del nostro ambiente attraverso strategie artistiche e sociali.

Questo sviluppo consiste nell'implementazione di progetti e approcci diversi e paralleli, nonché di diverse persone coinvolte in essi.

Ad oggi il team dell’azienda è impegnato nella messa in atto di un progetto artistico che prevede la realizzazione di una Web Radio - radioeffetto48 - e di una sala idonea alle creazioni artistiche di diverse discipline, in particolare musica. Gli artisti hanno la possibilità di rimanere giorni o settimane, alloggiando nelle nostre strutture.
  
  Nello specifico cerchiamo persone motivate per i seguenti lavori:
  A. Organizzazione 

  Cerchiamo una persona motivata e volenterosa che ci possa affiancare e seguire nelle varie attività, quali sistemazione e organizzazione degli spazi, accoglienza degli artisti/ospiti, supporto durante gli eventi come concerti musicali, spettacoli di teatro o proiezioni di film. Nello specifico, chiediamo di aiutare a pulire e preparare le aree per i posti tenda, le stanze, le roulotte, ecc..

  
  B. Costruzione e manutenzione
  Costantemente siamo impegnati in attività di costruzioni o riparazioni, per cui sono ben accolte tutte quelle competenze collegate alla costruzione: carpenteria, elettricità, idraulica..ecc. Principalmente vengono usati materiali riciclati o recuperati, per cui è necessaria una certa elasticità mentale nell’approccio.
  
  C. Attività ludico/ricreative per bimbi:
  Attorno a questa meravigliosa realtà ruota anche una comunità composta anche da mamme lavoratrici che spesso non sanno a chi affidare i propri bambini, quindi nasce l’esigenza di trovare persone che possano coinvolgerli in varie attività musicali, in generale artistiche e ricreative. Pertanto, cerchiamo ragazzi/e capaci di relazionarsi con i bambini; in grado di organizzare attività ludiche all’aria aperta, coinvolgendoli eventualmente anche in campo artistico musicale.
  
  Generalmente le diverse attività consistono in:
  - prendersi cura della terra e degli animali. L’azienda è costituita da un uliveto e diversi alberi da frutta, ed è abitata da galline, due asine e una cavallina e gatti.
  - collaborare nelle costruzioni con materiali recuperati
  - partecipare ai preparativi dei pasti
  - attenzionare quotidianamente la manutenzione delle strutture
  - ospitare passanti, viaggiatori, artisti, amici
  - organizzare eventi artististici in sede
  - coinvolgere i bambini in attività artistiche e musicali immersi in un contesto esclusivamente di natura
  - ricercare in maniera costante come gestire le risorse idriche, limitare la produzione di rifiuti e integrarne lo smaltimento, progettare progressivamente l'insediamento umano migliorando, in modo sostenibile, le strutture esistenti e introducendo nuove costruzioni completamente integrate nella natura.
  - condividere esperienze di apprendimento, idee, stimoli e visioni

  Unterkunft

  The accommodation option depends on how many are there at the time.
  There is a house that houses the communal kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom..
  There are also two caravans that can be used between summer and autumn.
  There are some products from the farm that can be used.
  There are no fixed common breakfast/lunch/evening meal times. This also means that you can cater for yourself, (the money for this is reimbursed) but normally we always have lunch together and the rest is decided as it suits everyone best.
  In the surrounding/inside the artistic residence there is WIFI connection.
  
  Le opzioni di alloggio dipendono da quante persone sono presenti in quel momento.
  C'è una struttura con cucina comune e una camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno.
  Due caravan utilizzabili tra l'estate e l'autunno.
  Ci sono alcuni prodotti della fattoria che possono essere utilizzati.
  Non sono previsti orari comuni fissi per la colazione/pranzo/cena.
  Questo significa anche che potete provvedere da soli, ma normalmente si pranza sempre insieme e il resto viene deciso come meglio si adatta a tutti.
  Nei dintorni/interni della residenza artistica è presente la connessione WIFI.

  The place itself is only reachable by car, you need 15min to the very beautiful sea or 30min to the city center, where you find anything you need. 
For this the place in itself is the peace and beauty in itself. It is very huge and you have the view on the mountain and the ocean and also you are able to start some very beautiful walking/trekking-routes. 
For sure there is the possibility for a pick-up at the station (Castellammare or Alcamo), also here is a car for (more or less) emergency situations as grocery shopping, picking up the water, etc. but it is necessary to have the driver’s license to be independent. 
In general it is even better if you to have a strong sense of initiative and independent mindset, also being capable of communal living for being able to adapt even for spontaneous conditions because every day is different here: some days you work alone and some days with a lot of different kind of people so you need to adapt to the situation, in general it’s important to be flexible. The farm is filled with the sounds of nature combined with the cacophony of people talking and music playing.

  
  Giordano is on the road a lot myself for his theatre, work and projects. He is an actor, director and producer. All this, is also located here on this previously described place at the foot of Mount Inici. It includes a recording, post-produce and music studio with a huge vinyl selection).
  
  Il posto in sé è raggiungibile solo in auto, ci vogliono 15 minuti per raggiungere il bellissimo mare o 30 minuti per il centro città, dove trovi tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Per questo il luogo in sé è la pace e la bellezza in sé. È molto grande e hai la vista sulla montagna e sul mediterraneo e puoi anche iniziare alcuni bellissimi percorsi per passeggiate/trekking.
  Sicuramente c'è la possibilità di un ritiro alla stazione (Castellammare o Alcamo), anche qui c'è un'auto per situazioni (più o meno) di emergenza come fare la spesa, prendere l'acqua, ecc. ma è necessario avere la patente di guida per essere indipendente. In generale è ancora meglio se hai un forte senso di iniziativa e una mentalità indipendente, oltre ad essere capace di vivere in comune per poterti adattare anche a condizioni spontanee perché qui ogni giorno è diverso: alcuni giorni lavori da solo e altri giorni con ci sono molti tipi diversi di persone quindi devi adattarti alla situazione, in generale è importante essere flessibili.
  La fattoria è piena dei suoni della natura combinati con la cacofonia delle persone che parlano e della musica che suona.
  
  Anche Giordano è molto in viaggio per il suo teatro, il suo lavoro e i suoi progetti. È un attore, regista e produttore. Tutto questo, si trova anche qui, in questo luogo precedentemente descritto, ai piedi del Monte Inici. Comprende uno studio di registrazione, post-produzione e musica con una vasta selezione di vinili).
