  We are an Italian couple with a gardening project in our cozy finca in the countryside of Ibiza. In the last two years we do many works but the place is quite big and need more hands for to do different kind of progects. We alredy grow a veggie garden in boxes and planted some trees. We take care of animals like chickens and cats at the moment, but we would like to have others and build a good accomodacion for their. At the moment we welcome the volunteers in a nice room, but in the case a baby come it will be for his/her use so we would like to welcome volunteers in a tuned camper or build a cottage under a tree as well as having an external dry bathroom with shower. It would be nice to find someone who can help us!

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We speak Italian, Spanish and English and we know very well the island, after 20 years, we can give many tips for where to go during day and night and we can teach how to grow your own veggies also in a small space… which is very important for eat good! We also cook very good in the case you want to learn good recipes! We like to have conversations and know the different cultures and habits so can be a good exchange!

  Arbeit

  Plant and recollect veggies and fruits, plant seeds, clean the soil from bad herbs, irrigations, recollect egs, and clean the small chicken house, help in the house… in order to what we need, help with art and TDY projects.

  Private room with share bath room with one or double bed
  
  Jac is a chef and I also like to cook, we offer a good breakfast with our eggs, coffee or tea, milk, orange juice and for sure something sweet homemade like muffins or croissants… and 1 more meal during the day.
  
  We use to cook with our vegetables but when is not possible there is a small market to buy what we need.
  
  In the evenings we work both in a restaurant, we’ll leave a space in the fridge with things that is possible to warm or cook by the volunteers. Max 1 volunter every time.

  Was noch ...

  We travel with Workaway in Mexico and it was a great experience! After that we came back and we decide to go on on this crazy protect. The house is in the north side of the island, a little far to the touristic area but close to many beautiful beaches. We have 7000 meters of land around with also a vineyard and some trees. A little swimming pool and a barbecue where we use to prepare dinners for us and friends. Best way to move around is to rent a scooter or a car if you want to visit different places and arrive to the towns. There is a bus but with not many courses. Santa Eulària is 10 minute far, Ibiza 15 and San Antonio 20.
