  - Located approximately 13 km from the city center, our retreat offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to amenities such as a supermarket and local market, easily accessible through my mum's daily visits.
  
  - The property spans roughly 1 rai (approximately 1600 square meters) and includes a pond stocked with catfish for your enjoyment.
  
  - Feel free to use the provided scooter, and please refill the gas and park it at my mum's place nearby.
  
  - My mum, a retired teacher, resides with her family and sells food at the local market.
  
  - Join my mum for a visit to the night or weekend market for an authentic local experience.
  
  - While we offer an air conditioner, please consider covering the estimated daily electricity cost of 100 baht or utilize the provided electric fan.
  
  - Work responsibilities, primarily focused on watering, are manageable, allowing you the freedom to explore at your leisure.
