    Description

We have room for a helper to assist around the house and mostly to help around the garden at home.

We are regenerative farmers since retirement and need help at the farm. It’s possible to stay at the farm but it is basic. We stay often out there as we love nature and at times when calving in case any of the mums needs help.

Belinda always needs help with regeneration of the bush and she wants to build some stone walls and vegetable gardens at the farm.

We are a relaxed, well travelled, retired professional with two adult sons that are at home visiting often. We are keen to host a single or couple of volunteers in our home. We have a river across the road and a stunning beach 400m from the front door.

We love good food and would love if you could cook us your favourite dishes at times.

We love our animals being chickens, dogs and our cattle.

We are close to Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.

Public transport is almost non existent so a car would make your stay more convenient.

Up to 4 hours per day (depending on what is going on in our lives) 5 days per week.

Volunteers must have good English and be easy to get along with, friendly, enthusiastic, sensible and capable with a drivers licence.

Belinda has studied French at University level so any French speakers perhaps don’t need fluent English.

We suggest that we trial a week to settle in and see if we are all happy with each other and then a month or more with us is perfect.
