    Description

The owners are Swedish and Polish: Ken moved to Cozumel about 10 years ago and Kaja joined around 6 years ago. On August 15th our first baby, Maximilian, was born on Cozumel. School's permanent staff are from USA, UK, Canada & Germany. They work in management, social media and primarily as dive instructors.
Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, French, German & Italian.
Divers and students live in the Dive House located on-site with the school. We can have around 20 people living in the Dive House and private or semi-private rooms. We like to call us a dive family - growing with each new diver - and we even have two scuba cats: Rico & Ginger to complete the picture.

Cozumel is one of the 'pueblos magicos' of Mexico and undoubtedly the best place to dive in Quintana Roo. If you are interested in marine protection programs and getting to know the underwater world better, the island has it all for you.
If you are a diver already, you will get free shore diving 2-3 days a week to give you more scuba experience. If you want to do a recreational dive course with us, you'll have 10% discount.

Our 'dive family' is made of people coming from all over the world. Currently we have divers from Sweden, Poland, USA, UK, Germany, France, Belgium & Canada. Most of the people diving with us are travellers who stay on the island for a week/month or up to 6 months before moving to next destination. You will have lots of people to draw inspiration from and to share your travel stories with!

  • Help

    Help

We need outgoing people who can promote the dive school, keep the Dive House clean and help us taking care of the guests. Help with gardening and eco-projects will be highly appreciated! We prefer divers or those willing to become certified - everything we do is related to diving! You need to have a driving license (have the physical document with you) and preferably be able to drive manual cars, not only automatic.

As we have a very multinational team, English is the first language we use in the school, but we also have a few Spanish-speaking instructors and usually many divers willing to learn!

Most of our short- and long-term students live in the Dive House with us.
The school is in a 3-floor building, with Dive House dorms on the 1sr floor, some private & semi-private accommodation options, classroom, video room & office on the 2nd floor and Ken, Kaja & Max' private area on the top floor. Cats' kingdom is kind of everywhere. Each Dive House dorm has 2 bunk beds, AC unit, its own bathroom & lockable drawers (bring your own padlock). A big kitchen and living room are shared. We have our training pool on-site.
