  Ciao, we are an Italian-Argentine family living in the countryside ten minutes from Lucca.

  We are looking for a person to take care of our children, two twins male and female who are 11 years old, Alma Sofia and Nicolàs, the children are bilingual, Italian and Spanish. Me, Sarah, I speak English French and Spanish at an intermediate level, Nico and Sofi can understand very basic english and want to improve it, in the meantime they are very skilled in doing "gesture talk"!
  
  We are looking for a person who is english or spanish mother tongue or a person who can speak english in a average level, C1.
  
  The AP we are looking for can drive skillfully a manual car (manual gear, daily driving in narrow countryside streets) and has a valid driving licence (valid licenses from many countries are valid in Italy without converting into the international one, we can help you to check about your own licence). During au pair period the AP should accompany Sofia and Nicolas to the summer camps or medical examinations and lessons, while we work, from monday to friday. Saturdays and Sundays are always free.
  Unfortunately the AP's schedule has to change in order to the activities of the kids, for example: for 4 weeks we need the AP pick Nicolas up from the football and musics camps in the late morning, the rest of the summer in the afternoon at about 3.30
  We ask a little flexibility with the schedule but we advise you in advance and if you can support us in this, we are very respectful about the task and the organisation. Moreover we has a lot of good references, we are friendly people and the children are cheerful, open minded and welcoming. The AP help us 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday
  
  Indipendent double room with private bathroom and wi-fi, board and lodging, pocket money, car from monday to friday, public means of transportation are at ten or twenty minutes walking, one run per hour.

  100% WORKAWAY
  We are looking for a person or couple who can make some of these duties:
  
  Paint walls
  Paint windows
  Paint iron reiling
  Cooking and deep cleaning of the house
  Cut grass and fix electric fences
  Cut bamboo wood
  Build an henhouse or goat stable
  
  Board and lodging, 25 hours helping us per week
  We live in the countryside and we have some animals that live in their stable separate from the house, the workawaiers we will host should have a certain attitude in living in the countryside or at least he/she/they shouldn't completely hate it otherwise it could be hard for her/him/them.

  you can enjoy the sorroundings of our home which are beautiful, if you want during week end sarah, me, can give you ceramics lessons, you can try to work at the wheel. we have cats goats and horses.

  Help

  We don't have to do perfect works but we expect works will be done carefully For outdoor duties we prefer to host workawayers who have had already some experience in that field.
  
  Workawaiers will be received on Friday evening, we need a full day help on Saturdays and Sundays.
  from Monday to Friday we ask workawaiers to cook for everybody and clean the kitchen when they're at home.
