We are a boutique hotel, in a peaceful garden near, Fethiye (Mugla - Turkey). We are only ten minutes walk from the beach.

This organization is mainly for guest who enjoys adrenalin sports and their family and friends.
We have air conditioned rooms, tents, swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

We are not very strict but we need disciplined volunteers to work with us.
**Volunteers are needed in the hotel area, so please dont send us request for the adrenalin sports!!

WORKS IN GENERAL
We ask from our volunteers to participate in the following works according to their skills as well as our hotel’s seasonal needs. The volunteer expected work time is 5 hours per day and one day off. You are going to be supervised, but please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

DOMESTIC WORKS
Kitchen cleaning (seasonal preparation, after lunch/dinner/ breakfast, general maintenance), filling/emptying the dishwasher, (some of the large dishes are washed by hand) helping with cooking (any skills will be appreciated otherwise you will be supervised)
Communal areas cleaning morning/evening (bathroom & shower cleaning, collecting/spreading the gazebos’, chairs, cushions), setting up the tables, wipe tables.
Housekeeping (cleaning rooms, prepare the room&tents)
Animal Care, (making sure the organic garbage is kept separately and taking organic garbage to the animals.

GARDEN WORKS
Preparing the ground for planting out of vegetable seedlings: ploughing, fertilizing and organizing separate areas, hoeing, weeding (struggling with weeds in the fields), collecting the dried leaves, branches around, carrying them to compost area and compost making, collecting the seeds, sowing seeds, planting vegetables, watering of trees and vegetables, harvesting, pronging, pruning trees, grafting, cutting firewood, setting the cuttings, , feeding the animals.

BUILDING WORKS
Helping with projects, material handling, to help on repairs

ACTIVITIES
Most of the activities are done by outside professional companies. Volunteers get discounts to for any of the activities that they would like to try. Unfortunately, volunteers are not given any duty about the activities due to safety and reliability reasons.
**Volunteers who complete three month in the village gets to earn one of the sports training free (the activity depends on the season)
If you are staying for shorter term, but you are very helpful and hard worker, then we give you fun treats as you would deserve! :)


Working times are flexible according to your working area.

On your free time you can explore the city, hang out by the pool or just relax on the hammock.
