  I am a friendly and chatty woman.
  I live alone therefore I am looking only for female volunteers.
  I like art and I like craft making.
  You can stay at my home and improve your Italian, make new acquietance and use the house to stay as a general headquarters while travelling to other Italian cities for sightseeing, or while studying or attending courses in the surroudings or to do whatever you want.

  I can help travellers with Italian language practice, the house is located in a small village in the countryside but the City of Brescia is only 30 km far and connected by bus, so in the spare time (which will be the most of the time, I think), travellers are free to visit any part of Italy they want, even to do trips in other cities or regions (daily trips or even long trips, up to a week). I can show the travellers the nearest cities and talk about local traditions.
  The village is lively although small, so the travellers can find local friends of their own age.

  Help

  I just need some help in the current housekeeping: cleaning, moping, sweeping, tidying up, washing dishes, ironing, occasionally preparing meals.
  There won't be a fixed number of "help" hours a day, and the guest won't have to "help" every day, so the volunteer can make as many daily trips as she want sor even longer trips (up to 5 days long).
  I will be content as the whole house will be cleaned one time a week (she will decide if she wants to do all in a day or a little day by day) and if she does the daily chores (washing dishes and sweeping) once a day when she is not on a trip. I think it's a really good chance to spend cheap holidays in Italy, as a tourist, or a cheap student accommodation. Just imagine to come to Italy for pleasure or for studying and being hosted by a friendly aunt and helping her in the chores as a caring niece :)
  As another task, I'll ask the volunteer to teach me some Japanese language, because I am studying it.
  Again, there won't be hours or rigid plans, we can have little lessons when we both have spare time.
  
  Note that I'm searching for a girl who can help with chores and teach me the language.
  
  I'm searching for someone who will stay at least three weeks. I'd prefer longer staying over shorter ones.
  Requirements will be: to be tidy, honest, kind and not a very loud person, and to not to came home very late at night because I will be too worried if you do so.

  Accommodation

  I can offer is a private room in a two story house (not big, but not very small), to share the common areas of the house (kitchen, bathroom (no bathtube, only shower) and living room), to share ingredients and tools for cooking (I'm not usually at home at dinner and lunch time, so I won't be able to offer prepared meals) and to share my time talking in Italian or in English or learning something about her language or culture, showing her the nearest cities, doing activities together, I'd like to be a friend more than an host.
  
  Please note that it is a no-smoking house and, although there aren't pets in the house, my parents have some, so it is likely they sometimes come at my home.
  
  In the house there is a washing machine you can use it, and other electric appliance (like fridge, hair-dryer, (no dishwasher, sorry!)) you can use them but with moderation (you will be noticed if I'll think you misuse or abuse them, for example if you make more than a washing machine per week, or if you stay under the shower for hours, or if you keep the windows open while the heating is open, and so on.
  I can't tolerate waste of water, electricity or any other valuable resource)
  
  At the moment there is no Internet connection. I think you can find Internet connection at the public library, there are public wifi hotspots at no-distance but outdoor, and we can arrange some usage at my parents house if you have unexpected needs.

  What else ...

  My house is located in a village in the countryside but only 30 km far from Brescia, it is connected by bus to the city. I can also bring the voluteer at the nearest train station by car, everytime this is needed, when I'm not busy.
