Hello !
I am a 66 year old woman, recently settled in a small hamlet in Burgundy, surrounded by nature, on the edge of the forest.
I have lots of projects for the place and I need help to realize them!
First there is the garden to be developed: creation of crop beds, planting of hedges and fruit trees, development of an aromatic spiral, installation of a henhouse, a rainwater recovery tank …
With routine work (clearing, composting, tree pruning, cleaning, etc.), there is always something to do.
When it rains, we stay busy inside.
Most of the work in the house has been carried out (roofing, masonry, phyto-purification, insulation, etc.), but there are still plenty of improvements to be completed: earthen plastering, whitewashing with lime, dismantling of the chimney (for the most courageous), refinishing floors… And there is always wood to cut for the winter, or even cleaning!
And then there is the kitchen, a space that I particularly like. Everything is organic (with a vegetarian tendency, without being exclusive). I cook cereals of all kinds, I make my own sourdough bread, jams, tomato coulis, limonades... and I like to share my knowledge in this area.
You will have understood: I am very sensitive to ecology, respect for our beautiful planet, sustainable living, beauty and simplicity.
I am a psychotherapist and eco-therapist: I would like to offer stays to reconnect with oneself, through connection to nature…
The place is very quiet and green, the view is magnificent and there are plenty of walks to take right out of the house.
17km away, there is the town of Cluny, with its famous medieval abbey.
I welcome you for stays of at least one week and more if you like.
I do pretty well in English, and a little in German.

Je suis une femme de 66 ans, installée depuis peu dans un petit hameau de Bourgogne, en pleine nature, en bordure de forêt.
J’ai plein de projets pour le lieu et j’ai besoin d’aide pour les réaliser !
Il y a d’abord le jardin à aménager : création de planches de cultures, plantations de haies et d’arbres fruitiers, aménagement d’une spirale aromatique, installation d’un poulailler, d’une citerne de récupération d’eau de pluie…
Avec les travaux courants (débroussaillage, compost, taille des arbres, nettoyages…), il y a toujours à faire.
Quand il pleut, on s’occupe à l’intérieur.
Le gros des travaux dans la maison a été réalisé (toiture, maçonnerie, phyto-épuration, isolation…), mais il reste plein d’aménagements à terminer : enduits en terre, badigeons à la chaux, démontage de la cheminée (pour les plus courageux), remise à neuf de planchers… Et il y a toujours du bois à couper pour l’hiver, ou même du nettoyage !
Et puis, il y a la cuisine, un espace que j’affectionne particulièrement. Tout est biologique (à tendance végétarienne, sans être exclusive). Je cuisine les céréales en tout genre, je fais mon pain au levain, confitures, coulis de tomates, limonades… et j’aime partager mes connaissances dans ce domaine.
Vous l’aurez compris : je suis très sensible à l’écologie, au respect de notre belle planète, au mode de vie durable, à la beauté et à la simplicité.
Je suis psychothérapeute et éco-thérapeute : j'aimerais proposer des séjours de reconnexion avec soi, à travers la connexion à la nature…
L'endroit est très calme et verdoyant, la vue est magnifique et il y a plein de ballades à faire dès la sortie de la maison.
A 17km, il y a la cité de Cluny, avec sa célèbre abbaye médiévale.
Je vous accueille pour des séjours de minimum une semaine et plus si affinités.
Je me débrouille pas mal en anglais, et un peu en allemand.

I also did volunteering and I like the exchanges: I am curious about everything and everyone! I would love to pass on my knowledge of the region, Cluny, environmental issues, organic farming and permaculture, and also cuisine: small typically French dishes and organic cuisine with a vegetarian tendency.
J'ai moi aussi fait du volunteering et j'aime les échanges : je suis curieuse de tout et de chacun ! J'adorerai transmettre mes connaissances sur la région, Cluny, les questions d'environnement, la culture biologique et permaculture, et aussi la cuisine : petits plats typiquement français et cuisine bio à tendance végétarienne.

Accommodation
There are three guest bedrooms: one on the ground floor (with private bathroom) and two more on the 1st floor (with shared bathroom). There is wifi in the house. The nearest village is 5km away (with general store, Post office ...). We have meals together, and I would appreciate a little help with preparation and storage ;-).
Il y a trois chambres d'amis : une au rez-de-chaussée (avec salle de bain privative) et deux autres au 1er étage (avec salle de bain à partager).
Il y a le wifi dans la maison.
Le village le plus proche est à 5km (avec magasin généraliste, Poste...).
Nous prenons les repas ensemble, et j'apprécierai un peu d'aide pour la préparation et le rangement ;-).
What else ...
All around the hamlet there are magnificent walks and hikes to do (even trail running!), A lake for swimming about ten kilometers away, the medieval city of Cluny 17km away with his typical market, castles and Romanesque churches everywhere! Depending on the time available, I can lead you to certain points of view.
Il y a tout autour du hameau des magnifiques ballades et randonnées à faire (voire du trail !), un lac pour se baigner à une dizaine de kilomètres, la cité médiévale de Cluny à 17km avec son marché typique, des châteaux et des églises romanes un peu partout !
Selon le temps disponible, je peux vous conduire à certains points de vue.
