We have a number of houses in central Bulgaria and whilst the gardens for most are more or less under control (fingers crossed) we have a couple of projects to work on.

This summer we hope to clear a very over-grown plot on which there is an old house. It will basically be a lot of chain-sawing, strimming etc. The grape vines and trees have taken over the place. We want to clear the plot so we can get to the house, rebuild the boundary walls (mud brick) and tidy up the place.

If you just want to come for a couple of days you are welcome to stay with us in our house.

However, we would also be open to having someone long term (June through to October) and could provide basic accommodation in a villa over the road from our house. There is a toilet and shower (not sure until check boiler if hot water but could provide solar shower). But not really any furniture - but could possibly provide airbed, sofa bed, table and chairs and coolbox. You would need to provide your own food and probably cook via BBQ. You could eat with us sometimes. Look at it as luxury camping!

Duties would then involve helping us clear the plot above, gardening and as we go to our apartment on the coast every couple of weeks for a few days at a time, watering our vegetable garden and looking after any dogs we maybe fostering for our charity at the time. You would not be expected to work every day.
