  Due to high demands and lots of bookings this summer we are currently looking for more kayak guides to join our team.
  If you have previous kayak experience and/or guide experience we would love to hear from you.
  We are looking for someone that can arrive around start of June and stay until end of summer ( September ish). We are looking for two more guides to join our team of 20 people across the guide company, foodtruck and guesthouse we operate.
  
  we run several departures everyday with kayak and el-bike tours. several weekly multi-day kayak tours and various tailored experiences.

  📜 Help to get a Norwegian tax number
  💰 Competitive wages (25,000-45,000 NOK per month, based on hours worked).

  🌴 1-2 days off per week, with the potential for longer vacations upon request.

  🏡 Accommodation in Flåm, a shared room in the main house, single sex and maximum 3 people to a large room or we have a brand new mini house trailer, the single bedrooms and showers etc are in the trailer, but there is a whole house for relaxing and kitchen use etc. 

  🚴 Free use of bicycles for transportation.

  We used to travel and volunteer all over the world and are now in the position where we can finally host and show people beautiful Norway! :)
  
  We run a few businesses connected to the tourism industry in Flåm. 
We operate a Kayak company, food-truck and now a guesthouse where we rent out rooms with shared common areas. 


  The ideal candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and passionate about hospitality. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

  You will get the chance to experience Norwegian nature, both on the water and in the mountains.
  You can join our guides and learn how guiding works, learn about hospitality and how to operate a hostel or food business.
  We can teach you how to kayak and you can use our kayaks as much as you want. We have some stand up paddle boards too.
  There is a very social atmosphere with staff from all over the world, come together to work in Flåm.

  Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

  This host offers accommodation and payment.

  Host has indicated that they will pay at least the minimum hourly wage of their country for each hour worked and that accommodation will also be provided.   At the Foodtruck it’s all go go go, we have a popular offering and it can be very busy at times. The team here really know what they are doing and you can learn a lot.

  Depending on the time of year, it’s a single room or shared with a maximum of two other people.

  There is great public transport in Flåm. Access to Bergen, Oslo and other surrounding areas of Norway.
  It's a tiny town, but it's filled with international people and activities in the summer.
  We have kayaks, sups, e scooters, and camping gear that our workawayers can use.
  There are several restaurants food trucks and bars in town
  We are surrounded by nature with endless possibilities for hikes and outdoor activities.
