my name is ritchard & i caretake a very functional resort on the west coast of vancouver island - canada this is a remote setting...far from towns and villages... located right on the ocean front this all year destination location has amazing views and quiet beauty of nature... with extensive gardens there is never a shortage of work available... depending on garden skills there is a wide variety of things requiring attention in the gardens from pruning to weeding to pulling of nasty broom and burning it.. everything is fun when it is ocean front..

The Hotel is a National Estate listed heritage building located in Trundle NSW. The hotel is on the widest main street in the Southern Hemisphere (60mtrs wide for 2 lanes) & the hotel is surrounded by a 90 metre verandah which is the 2nd largest in NSW. Trundle is a small farming town of around 400 people and is approx 5 hours west of Sydney. The Hotel was puchased April 2009 in a rundown state and we are slowly bringing it back to its former glory when it was built in 1912. Over the past few months we have painted most of the inside and have already made massive improvements however need some assistance in keeping it clean, painting, gardening and general maintenance.
